A mutual agreement between Elevnova, LLC and the client outlines specific refund terms.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after service delivery.
Failure to provide necessary approvals, content, or feedback by the client in a timely manner.
Changes to the client’s business objectives after services have commenced.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a written request via email to support@elevnova.com.
Include the service details, invoice number, and a clear explanation of the refund request.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and the client will be notified of the outcome via email.
4. Refund Resolution
If a refund is approved:
The amount refunded will not exceed the total payment received for the specific service in question.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If a refund is denied:
Elevnova, LLC will provide a detailed explanation for the decision.
5. Service Cancellation
Clients may choose to cancel a service at any time by providing written notice. Please note:
Cancellation prior to the commencement of the service may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.
Cancellation after the service has commenced will not be eligible for a refund for work already completed.

Elevnova, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
